What is your fitness level?
Level 1: Getting out of car, taking pictures, and walkng under one mile is about it for me.
Level 2: I can walk 2 miles at a steady pace with no breaks.
Level 3: Walking 2-4 miles daily wouldn't be an issue for me. I exercise regularly.
Level 4: I'm somewhat psycho about keeping in shape and exercise vigorously 3-5 times a week to keep fit and toned.
Level 5: I AM psycho and live to keep fit and be active all of the time! I can hike 8 miles or bike 30 miles without batting an eyelash.
